Warwick Estates celebrated our Nations Independence Day on Wednesday, July 4. Our parade began at 10:30am and was a lot of fun. After the parade, everyone gathered in our clubhouse for burgers, dogs, sides, and desserts. Some saw our newly remodeled pool for the first time. The pool area is expanded and beautiful.
The whole day was a fun, and filling, time for everyone!
Join us next year to celebrate the Independence Day of the greatest nation in the world, the United States of America!
(Begin thinking now about decorating your “floats”, cars, wagons, riding mowers, etc. decorated for 2013.)
Our newly remodeled Warwick Estates Home Owners Association pool is now open! The remodeled pool looks fantastic!. We had the pad surrounding the pool completely redone, tile around the pool replaced, new fencing, as well as adding an additional fenced area connected to the west of the pool. You’ll love the new fencing.
If you haven’t seen it yet, go by and take a look. Just one more reason to be proud of our Warwick Estates neighborhood!
BEFORE you order the materials or sign the contract, please get approval for new roofs, fences, concrete, or any other exterior construction. You can find the application form in the 2011 Warwick Directory.
The purpose of approval is to keep all homes in compliance with our HOA Restrictive Covenants. By keeping the covenants and standards, our neighborhood will continue to be in demand.
