BEFORE you order the materials or sign the contract, please get approval for new roofs, fences, concrete, or any other exterior construction. You can find the application form in the 2011 Warwick Directory.
The purpose of approval is to keep all homes in compliance with our HOA Restrictive Covenants. By keeping the covenants and standards, our neighborhood will continue to be in demand.

Congratulations to our neighbors, The Harsha"s, at 6324 Olde Harwick Drive for earning our July 2014 Yard of the Month. They’re out in their yard working hard all the time to make it beautiful. Great job!
There have been quite a few changes/updates in our great Warwick Estates neighborhood in the last couple of years, with more updates planned. What are they?
We all want Warwick Estates to be a desirable place where families want to move. For that to continue, we all must be aware of what our properties look like as people drive through the neighborhood.
Our Warwick Estates neighborhood is still close to a lot of undeveloped area that have many types of wildlife. That means that, on occassion, we are going to have wild animals in our neighborhood. You will notice a common thread in the info below. Putting pet food outside encourages animals to come around. Please do not put pet food outside unless in a secured area or for a short amount of time. Thanks!
